The Elevate Consortium is looking for a highly organized, artistically-minded volunteer ‘Vendor Coordinator’ to join the Elevate Production Team!
As Vendor Coordinator, you would be responsible for coordinating The Underground Craft Fair and Street Fair Vendors for the Elevate Festival in early June, and potentially for the Elevate Winter Bazaar, taking place mid December.
You’ll work with the Elevate team to communicate vendor registration opportunities to current and potential vendors, act as the point of contact for vendors, work with logistics team for placement and scheduling of vendors, collaborate with the Décor team, effectively organize and communicate needs to volunteer team, and be onsite for the duration of the event.
If you have great communication skills and a solid understanding of how craft fairs run (or a desire to learn), and a passion for grass-roots, multi-disciplinary, evocative / edgy / experimental art- we would love to hear from you!

Elevate the Arts is a grass roots, multi-disciplinary, non profit event held in the heart of Courtenay. Our 2014 event is schedule for June 4-7, 2014. The Underground and Street Market Fairs take place on Saturday June 7th.
