Presenting an event that is completely free to the public is a bit of a crazy undertaking, but the response from our community has been incredible. We are so grateful for the generosity of our volunteers, artists, community partners and business sponsors. Their generosity helps us with venues costs, technical expenses, volunteer food and drink, equipment rentals, travel and accommodations, printing and marketing, arts and crafts supplies and so much more.

We love to elevate our supporters! We promote our sponsors the same way we promote our artists and community partners. We do a the bulk of our communications work through our website, e-newsletters and social media as well as producing innovative handbills, posters and inserts through local papers – and our reach is awesome! 

Our venue partners get the added bonus of increased traffic at their cafe or pub!

Can we give you a tax receipt for your cash contributions? Why yes, we can, thanks to our active partnership with the Comox Valley Community Arts Council. If a tax receipt is more useful to you than advertising value, we’re happy to provide a tax-deductible receipt.

In keeping with the Elevate vibe, we look to be more creative in our sponsor recognition. This year, we are offering custom professional chalk art to elevate your logo – we have amazing chalk artists in our sphere who will re-create your logo right on the Elevate site in high-visibility, strategic locations, based on the level of your involvement.
