Captain Thunderpants is an intergalactic space pirate from the distant planet of Funkathon, which is completely inhabited by dinosaurs. He was head cook to king Zyzax, who was hugely fond of the Captain’s roasted sweet potatoes. When King Zyzax ate all of the sweet potatoes on the planet, Captain Thunderpants set off in his space galleon across the universe, exchanging stories and songs of freedom and justice for sweet potatoes. He had been stranded on Earth for the past few years, while he repairs his space galleons’ hyper drive.
