Foggy Mountain Fall Fair celebrated in Cumberland Saturday September 16th

Friends and neighbours from across the Comox Valley are invited to visit Cumberland on Saturday September 16th for the annual Foggy Mountain Fall Fair!
This day-long street market is Cumberland’s annual celebration of the harvest season, done mountain village style! From 10 am till 4 pm the streets will be filled with over 100 food, craft and art vendors, community tents and local non profits, merchant specials and more!
Live music on two stages makes this a sweet day to come for lunch at a fine Village restaurant or cafe, or grab a quick snack and kick back for some tunes on the street or in Village Square where the Cumberland Forest crew are hosting a beverage garden.
Cumberland merchants will be sharing their unique and diverse offerings from hand made chocolates and locally brewed beers to upcycled clothing, records, doughnuts, books and toys! Pop in at the Cumberland Museum and check out the amazing new exhibition “Seat at the Table”. If you haven’t visited the bustling streets of the Village of Cumberland lately, this is a great day to do it.
Stick around for some fun in the evening at the Foggy Mountain Funk Soiree at the Cumberland Masonic Hall featuring Bu VonBlume (funk disco), Space Junk Removal Service (hip hop, dub) and Oktiv6 and the Jays (R&B hip hop)
The Foggy Mountain Fall Fair is a presentation of the Elevate Arts Society. Elevate produces the free summer concert series and supports the presentation of inclusive, barrier free cultural events, workshops and projects in the Village of Cumberland and beyond.
