Hailing from Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada, the Deep Sea Gypsies are greatly inspired by the sounds of classic and psychedelic rock. This up and coming band gives their music a unique west-coast feel by mixing the hip-hop vocal styles of Loke Webb with the soulful, heartfelt voice and lead guitar riffs supplied by Johnny Regimbal. Picking up the rhythm section in the style of Ringo Starr, Greg Moore rocks a steady left handed beat on his right handed kit for Marty Boggs to lay down his tight bass licks; reminiscent of old-school blues and funk.
