Island Hula Hoopla

“MOVE, PLAY, DANCE, SPIN, BREATHE” with Island Hula Hoopla! You’ll discover the infinite potential of this simple circular toy through our performances and lessons for kids, adults and hoopdancers.

Tracey Mantha has been hooping passionately since 2001, and teaching hooping with joy since 2005.  Island Hula Hoopla is the culmination of my creative energies where I can spread the love of movement, the love of circles and share (r)evolving love for ourselves!   This September I am honoured to present my original “Circle Games” workshop, all about games to play with hoops, at the world’s largest hoop gathering: HoopCamp 2012 in California!

Now, adding Lyndsay Spencer to the team more than doubles our availability and widens our vision to include her love of Yoga and her Kundalini Dance Facilitator background. Look for some exciting hoop fusion workshops and summer camps coming to enhance our already solid offerings of Hoop Programming for kids, adults and hoopdancers!
